Service Description. This Site describes Drainage System Installation, Drainage System Repair, Paver Installation, Lawn Care, Yard Cleanup, Mulching, Sod Installation, Landscape Rock Installation provided by RJ Landscaping Solutions LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://rjlandscapingsolutionsllcnc.com is the property of RJ Landscaping Solutions LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Cap on Damages. Liability of RJ Landscaping Solutions LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RJ Landscaping Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. NC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
